DGFT Announces Alignment of RoDTEP Schedule with Customs Tariff Act Effective Feb 15, 2023

The DGFT has issued Notification No. 55/2015-2020, announcing the alignment of RoDTEP Schedule for chapter 28, 29, 30 & 73 with First Schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. The revised Appendix 4R will be effective from February 15, 2023 and will be applicable for exports made from that date to September 30, 2023. The revised RoDTEP Appendix 4R, containing the eligible RoDTEP export items, rates and per unit value caps, can be accessed on the DGFT portal. This notification is a result of the inclusion of export items from Chapter 28, 29, 30 & 73 under RoDTEP, and the alignment of Appendix 4R with the First Schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 is to be implemented from February 15, 2023.
