DGFT Amends Export Conditions for Multi Grain and Fortified Whole Wheat Flour
(DGFT) has amended the Standard Input Output Norms (SION) for the export of wheat flour. Multi Grain Atta or Fortified Whole Wheat Atta can now be exported if the product contains at least 80% Whole Wheat Flour, with other ingredients sourced domestically. Import entitlement calculations for wheat under the Advance Authorisation will be based on the percentage of Whole Wheat Flour in the product. The export description must clearly state the percentage content of Whole Wheat Flour and other ingredients.
