DGFT permits Bio-fuels export from SEZs and EoUs for fuel and non-fuel purposes without restrictions

DGFT has amended the Export Policy of Bio-fuels under Chapter 27 of Schedule 2, allowing the export of Bio-fuels from Special Economic Zones (SEZ)/Export Oriented Units (EoUs) for fuel and non-fuel purposes without any restrictions when produced using only imported feedstock.
