Government Waives Excess Late Fee for Delayed GSTR-10 Returns

The Ministry of Finance has announced a waiver for the late fee exceeding INR 500 for registered persons who fail to submit the final GSTR-10 return by the due date. The waiver will apply to returns filed between April 1, 2023, and June 30, 2023.
