Discontinuation of Tariff Rate Quota for Import of Crude Sunflower Seed Oil from April 1st, 2023
The Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry has issued a public notice discontinuing the Tariff Rate Quota for the import of crude sunflower seed oil starting from April 1, 2023. The revised provisions for the Tariff Rate Quota have been amended and the last date of import for Crude Sunflower Seed Oil has been revised to March 31, 2023. Additionally, no Tariff Rate Quotas will be allocated for importing Crude Sunflower Seed Oil in Financial Year 2023-24.
